This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from heist studio.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Processing includes:

Secure packaging
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We utilise a global fulfilment network and trusted logistics partners.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates.
5. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:

Delivery to shared mailrooms or apartment facilities

Theft after delivery confirmation

Packages left unattended at the delivery location
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel, we recommend:

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Re-shipping fees will apply.
Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer information.

9. Lost Packages (In Transit)
