Every order ships with tracking. Shipping to the United States is a flat $8. International rates are shown at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Most US orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. International orders usually arrive within 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during busy periods or customs checks.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at heiststudio.co@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before the order ships.
